Employee Relations Manager - Wells Fargo

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead a team of Employee Relations Consultants on the ER Referral Task team

The manager will support the team in handling consultations on employment actions based upon investigative findings received through the case management system

In this role, you will:

+ Manage and develop a high performing team, and assist in the resolution of escalated employee relations matters + Ensure team maintains compliance with internal controls, SLAs, and monitor reporting as well as established role specific training requirements + Responsible for making recommendations and improving current Employee Relations or Human Resources practices and policies across the Wells Fargo Enterprise + Enhance the Employee Relations model through effective consultation and review of data to support business decisions, internal training, and talent assessment + Collaborate and consult with Employee Relations peers, colleagues, and all levels of management + Collaborate with key partners and recommend enhancements to the development and design of policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of employee relations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of management experience + Extensive knowledge and understanding of human resources practices, policies, and employment law + Strong conflict resolution skills + Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications + Experience using a case management system + Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution + Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management + Knowledge and understanding of human resources analytics and reporting + Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage virtual or remote teams Job Expectations: This position will require an onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement at one of the following locations: 550 S

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position

Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location

The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
