Employee Relations Manager - Ultimate Staffing Services

Ultimate Staffing is looking to hire an Employee Relations Manager in central Houston. Please apply ASAP as this is an IMMEDIATE need and interviews are currently underway!

Duties:

• Open and close out internal investigations
• Work on employee performance issues, prepare documentation, guide managers
• Stay and exit interviews
• Training

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in employee relations/human resources
• Wide knowledge of employment law and regulations
