We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead complex employee relations investigations. This role requires partnering with key stakeholders including HR, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and other internal departments to ensure fair, thorough, and timely resolution of workplace issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive, impartial, and efficient investigations across multiple service lines, focusing on claims of policy violations, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential investigation records using the ServiceNow system.
- Provide expert consultation to internal stakeholders on escalated employee relations cases, offering guidance on appropriate courses of action, potential outcomes, and resolutions.
- Stay abreast of evolving employment laws, regulations, and guidelines to proactively mitigate legal risks.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations, with a focus on conducting workplace investigations.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in workplace investigations. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply HR policies consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, particularly in sensitive and complex employment matters.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, preferably ServiceNow.
