Responsibilities for the Employee Relations Specialist:
- Handle compliance matters surrounding employee relations and conflict resolution
- Conduct investigations as needed into policy violations, complaints, and legal matters
- Ensure employees and managers retain a respectful work environment, acting as a mediator when necessary.
- Assist with employee engagement and retention strategies
- Work closely with HR in regard to policy development. Maintain up to date knowledge on labor laws and regulations
- Parter with Managers and senior leadership on performance management strategies
- Reporting and data analysis on metric areas such as employee complaints, exit interviews, and provide recommendations for change and / or improvements.
Experience we need:
- 3+ years of experience in employee relations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
