Desired Background:

• 6+ years' experience in the practice areas of Employment Law
• Title VII, Title III, ADA, FMLA, restrictive covenant agreements
• Also can include experience in Wage and hour, discrimination, compensation, wrongful termination
• Trial experience preferred, 1st chair experience not needed
• Strong education background
