Job Details
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Current member in good standing with the California Bar.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in employment law and business litigation.
- Proven track record in litigation, with a focus on employment law and business disputes.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
