• Provide expert legal counsel on labor and employment matters.
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and compliance documents.
• Advise on workplace investigations and employee relations issues.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations affecting clients.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Active member in good standing of the California bar or eligible to waive in.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven track record in litigation and client management.
