Position: Employment Lawyer

Location: Salt Lake City - hybrid

I am working with a dynamic and growing law firm is currently seeking an Employment Lawyer. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of direct experience and a strong passion for employment law.

Responsibilities and Qualifications of the Employment Lawyer:

• 3+  years of experience Labor & Employment Law Associate.
• Experience in federal and state courts, and strong writing, analytical and organizational skills to handle litigation and counseling work for clients
• Experience with federal and state employment litigation and statutes including FLSA, FMLA, Title VII, ADA, PWFA, and NLRA.
• Work proactively with business executives, in-house counsel, and human resources managers to address workplace issues before they develop into litigation.
• Work with employers in virtually every industry, including health care, real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality, retail, restaurant, construction, and nonprofit
• Ability to counsel on hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.
• Licensed to practice law in UT.
