Employment Litigation Associate - NxT Level

Position Overview: Our client is looking for Senior Litigation Associate - Employment for their corporate practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employment litigation matters, including responding to pleadings, overseeing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations.
• Collaborate with clients on day-to-day employment law challenges, such as compliance with employment laws, drafting and revising employee handbooks, and conducting training.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on workplace issues and related legal matters.
• Work closely with other attorneys as part of a collaborative team handling litigation matters.
• Ensure excellent client service by providing timely, clear, and practical legal advice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in AZ or CA.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on employment law preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
