Job Description

Position: Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate

Location:

(Folsom, Elk Grove, Roseville, Sacramento CA) Partly remote

Salary and Benifits

Competitive salary range: $170,000 – $200,000

plus Bonuses

(based on experience and qualifications)

Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more

Focus: California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases

Note:

This is a hybrid position requiring attorneys to be on-site 2-3 days a week at the Sacramento, CA office

Responsibilities

Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings

Draft and argue motions

Take and defend depositions

Manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

3+ years of employment litigation experience

Strong academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills

Admitted to practice law in California

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
