About the Job
What does an Employment Specialist - Job Coach do?
The Employment Specialist - Job Coach supports and assigns work for up to eight Mobile Work Crew members in various locations throughout the county. They also evaluate the work and work habits of crew members on an ongoing basis, while providing the support needed to help them succeed in their jobs.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Supervisory and Human Service experience preferred.
- Experience in grounds maintenance, housekeeping, and/or Janitorial work preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours is required.
- A valid NYS driver's license that meets Agency standards is required.
