Hours: M-F 7am-3:30p (Some flexibility)

Pay Details: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year

We are seeking a dedicated EMT to join our team at a fast-growing recycling plant in Reading, PA. This is an exciting chance to work closely with plant employees, providing essential healthcare services while promoting a culture of safety and well-being.

What You'll Do:
- Health and Safety Checks: Conduct regular safety checks throughout the plant to ensure a safe working environment.
- Employee Engagement: Build relationships with plant employees, providing health checkups, post-injury triage, consultations, and ongoing case management.
- Case Management: Manage and follow up on employee cases, ensuring they have the support and information needed to recover and return to work safely.
- Emergency Response: Provide first aid, perform routine health assessments, and address minor medical conditions such as headaches, colds, muscle strains, and joint sprains.
- Safety Promotion: Participate in safety programs, health fairs, and other initiatives to foster a positive and health-conscious culture.
- Experience in Industrial or Manufacturing Settings: Previous experience working with manufacturing employees is a plus.
- Knowledge of Safety Standards: Understanding of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, and compliance with safety standards.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and electronic medical records software.
- Bilingual Skills Preferred: Ability to understand and communicate in Spanish is highly valued.
- Flexible and Personable: Must be approachable, able to connect with employees, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Educational Requirements: Associate's degree, valid state EMT licensure, current CPR/BLS certification.
- Competitive Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
