Join us as an Enablement Program Architect!As the Sales Enablement Program Architect, you will lead the development and execution of innovative, strategic enablement programs
You will be responsible for architecting new pilot programs, such as digital sales onboarding, indirect partner product sales specialist training, and the integration of Hyperscalers into our sales strategy
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, program management, and exceptional presentation skills, as the architect will present and train both virtually and in person to senior sales audiences
Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing existing programs, recommending improvements, and ensuring the standardization of best practices across the organization.Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:Design, develop, and launch strategic sales enablement programs, including digital sales onboarding, partner product sales specialist training, and Hyperscaler integration.Pilot and refine new programs to ensure they meet the needs of diverse sales teams and partners.Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both virtually and in person, to senior sales leaders and teams.Adapt presentation style to suit different audiences, ensuring clear communication of complex concepts.Evaluate the effectiveness of existing sales enablement programs and identify areas for improvement.Standardize processes and practices across various programs to ensure consistency and quality.Work closely with sales leadership, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of enablement programs with business objectives.Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve program offerings.Utilize advanced tools and platforms to create interactive and scalable enablement solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies in sales enablement and incorporate them into program designs.To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.You have 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or a similar role with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs, preferrable with in the technology or software industry.Experience presenting and training senior sales leaders in both virtual and in-person settings.Expertise in architecting and launching innovative sales enablement programs.Ability to align programs with overall business objectives and sales strategies.Strong proficiency in assessing program effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with various stakeholders.You are familiar with sales enablement platforms, learning management systems, and other relevant tools.You have a good understanding of Hyperscalers and their role in sales enablement.Certification in sales or enablement methodologies a plus
