Job Summary:
Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
MANDATORY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform customer support tasks.
- Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze data using geographic information system (GIS) tools to support various projects and initiatives.
- Provide detailed reports and visualizations based on data analysis to aid decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into broader project frameworks.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of spatial data through regular updates and quality checks.
- Develop and maintain databases to store and manage information effectively.
- Utilize field services experience to gather and validate data from various sources.
- Assist in the development of models and simulations to predict and analyze phenomena.
- Support the implementation of technologies and methodologies within the organization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on the use of tools and data.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and tools.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data management and analysis.
- Communicate findings and insights from data analysis to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelors degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
- Have 1 to 2 years of experience in analysis and field services.
- Demonstrate proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar tools.
- Show strong analytical skills and attention to detail in handling data.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
- Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
- Have a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest technologies and trends.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills in troubleshooting software and tools.
- Show experience in developing and maintaining databases.
- Possess the ability to conduct training sessions and workshops on tools.
