Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Provides a high level of customer service and timely technical support for end-user computer and networking issues to ensure end-user productivity
- Responsible of driving to various local offices in the area to assist with and resolve end-user problems
- Responsible for the installation, configuration and ongoing functionality of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software
- Diagnoses and resolves issues related to hardware, commercial off-the-shelf software, mobile devices, hardware and peripherals
- Typically resolves issues referred by help desk support
- Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
- Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
- Works with minimal supervision autonomously executing tasks while fostering effective collaboration within a team environment
- Assists with the onboarding process for new employees and offboarding of separated employees
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
Experience
- Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
