| Skills/Experience: | Two years experience in a desktop support role position Ability to work efficiently and independently Remain calm in stressful situations Be comfortable working will all levels of customers Excellent troubleshooting skills Experience using ticketing software Experience using remote desktop tools Experience with Active Directory and SCCM |
| Required Skills: | Technical troubleshooting skills Hardware and software knowledge; understanding hardware and their components; operating systems; and software Remote desktop knowledge, preferably Bomgar Ticketing software knowledge |
| Desired Skills: | Remote desktop knowledge, preferably Bomgar Ticketing software knowledge, preferably ServiceNow Workable knowledge of Intune/ computer management software |
