Onsite / 1RP AEP HQ
- In-depth computer hardware knowledge (CPU, motherboard, storage/memory technologies, etc.) with Dell, Client, and Client
- Strong experience with OS imaging using Microsoft Configuration Manager
- Strong Windows 11 experience
- Good overall understanding of Microsoft Configuration Manager
- Good workstation troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow
