Duties:

• Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands related to our products.
• Research new products that may benefit our brands.
• Keep an accurate vendor database across all brands.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential new product opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve our products.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Create, distribute, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys.
• Perform competitive research for all brands.
• Perform analytics on various data sets as required.
• Compile and analyze data on competitive bid across brands (ERATE, etc.).
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Function as a product advocate, representing the voice of the customer within the organization

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
