Responsibilities:
- Build trust and forge tight relationships with all Rodeo team members
- Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients
- See patients of all ages, including the pediatric population
- Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect
- Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your respective clinic
- Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic
- Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture within your respective clinic
- Must have an active Arizona state dental license prior to starting with Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics
- Medicaid credentialing is required.
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting and standing as needed.
- Ability to move from operatory to operatory independently.
