Position Summary | Within the Division of Human Resources, Engagement andOrganizational Development is seeking a consultant to engage in large-scaleorganizational change efforts, focusing on organizational diagnoses, problem-solving,leadership development, and enhancing employee engagement through strategicinstructional development projects and group consultations; Assists withdrafting human resources development strategies aimed at elevating both individualand organizational performance, with a strong emphasis on fostering a vibrant,engaged workplace culture. Conducts comprehensive needs assessments and designs,develops, and delivers training and development programs for employees on aUniversity-wide basis, incorporating elements specifically designed to boostengagement and job satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
