Join our Moose Lake team as an Engagement Specialist (teller). This position is responsible for executing financial transactions; including opening foundational accounts in a timely and accurate manner to promote and maintain positive member relationships. Ability to effectively build relationships with prospective or existing members, to assist them along either financial journey, by having the awareness of credit union products, services, policies and
procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet or exceed sales and service goals by proactively identifying financial needs.
- Must be outgoing, friendly, energetic, and engaging and be dedicated to building relationships and finding solutions to support strong financial health for our members and the communities we serve.
- Ability to support and conduct frontline transactions, including day to day
operational duties and foundational accounts. - Cash handling
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of two years in customer service/sales experience, including some cash handling.
- Previous financial experience preferred.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals. - Intermediate to advanced experience with Windows Operating System with the ability
to skillfully use the Microsoft Office suite including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Financial Wellness Certification register within 12 months of accepting position
