Come expand your career with us.We are seeking an Engine Systems Program Manager to lead diverse, cross-functional (and sometimes multi-national) teams that develop hardware, firmware and software solutions to improve the functionality, reliability and longevity of our legacy engine control products.The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of programs including interfacing with customers, coordination with partners and leadership of project teams to ensure realization of financial, schedule, and technical objectives.Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s degreeEffective communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated experience leading diverse, multi-discipline teams in a high tempo environmentProven presentation, data analysis and organizational skillsPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Flight critical electronics development and certification and/or qualification experienceProgram Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience with negotiations, stakeholder management, team-building, critical decision making, earned value analysis, risk mitigation and opportunity realizationPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $115100 - $195700Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience
