- BA/BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or General)
- 1-2 years of progressive engineering experience (Preferred)
- Project Management
- Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
- Computer Assisted Design/Geographic Information System - basic proficiency
- MS Office - advanced proficiency
