Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our operations, working closely with the engineering department to ensure the smooth running of our manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in the design, testing, and implementation of manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.
2. Developing and managing technical projects from conception to completion.
3. Sourcing and quoting materials and services required for manufacturing processes.
4. Working with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
6. Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure safety.
7. Continuously seeking ways to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency.
8. Documenting all processes and changes in a detailed and accurate manner.
9. Complying with all company policies and regulations, as well as health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, but not required.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of sourcing and quoting processes.
4. Proficient in working with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and equipment.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
8. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software.
9. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality in all aspects of work.
