Job Title: Engineer/HVAC Technician

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operation and maintenance of all building mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Collaborate with the Plant Operations Manager on system upgrades and improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; HVAC certification preferred.
• Proven experience in HVAC system maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
