Your Key Responsibilities

• Creation and management of prototype manufacturing control plans for all existing and new prototype projects
• Maintain prototype quality database
• Drive prototype supplier quality control and incoming material inspections
• Drive CMM program creation for prototype components
• Coordinate product final inspection process and customer data collection
• Coordinate and follow through corrective action plans related to prototype 8Ds and Concerns
• Support all phases of development and manufacturing of prototypes to ensure part quality and process capability is met
• Coordinate with production and product development departments for proposed prototype product design and/or processing changes and improvements
• Drive process improvements within the prototype department and implement accompanying work instructions, process flow diagrams or procedural documents

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or  technical related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Manufacturing process knowledge
• Statistical process control knowledge
• Print reading and GD&T knowledge
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
