Your Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Manufacturing Departments in the areas of process improvement and / or cost reductions at the direction on the Supervisor of Supervision

• Participate in Digitization Projects (Cobot / AI / Robot, and Interfacing Modules)
• Process development work including process innovation and design of experiments (Core technologies - stamping, grinding, high speed assembly, heat treatment)
• New equipment runoff and acceptance
• Project Management
• Statistical Data Analysis
• Efficiency Improvement Projects (As Facilitator / Team Leader / or Team Member)
• Six Sigma Improvement Projects (As Facilitator / Team Leader / or Team Member)
• Lean / Flow Improvement Projects (As Facilitator / Team Leader / or Team Member)
• SMED Set-Up Time Reduction Projects (As Facilitator / Team Leader / or Team Member)
• Perform time studies, capacity analyses, Layout/Product flow analyses

Your Qualifications

• Enrolled at an accredited Institution pursuing a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
• Computer literate with skill using MS Office - Spreadsheets, Project Management, Word Processing and Database Software in Windows Environment
