- Lead and mentor the engineering team, providing both technical and product-focused guidance.
- Architect and build scalable, user-centric systems, prioritizing the delivery of features that enhance user experience.
- Own the end-to-end development process, ensuring new features meet quality standards and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of full-stack experience, focusing on leadership and architectural design.
- Proven track record of driving technical projects from inception to completion.
- Experience with any of the following technologies: TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
- SaaS start up experience
