Engineering Manager - Cleveland / Akron, Ohio - JOB 24-00638
Salary Range: $100k - 150k Permanent Position with Benefits.
Cleveland / Akron area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the Engineering & Quality departments in an industrial manufacturing environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.

Cleveland / Akron area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the Engineering & Quality departments in an industrial manufacturing environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSME / BSMET
- 5+ years' experience in engineering supervision to oversee mechanical engineering design / development team, quality control, and maintenance departments
- Strong understand of hydraulic fluid flow and pneumatic air flow calculations
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to interact with customers, production management, purchasing, sales staff, and all other departments
- SolidWorks CAD software skilled
- Skills and experience to manage engineers and technicians
- Design tooling and fixtures when needed
- Knowledgeable with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards and quality documentation
- Analyze new product production costs and create budgets for designs
- Open to occasional travel to customer site or trade shows
- Analyze components, report writing, enforce policies, ERP knowledgeable
