The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with 5-10+ years of practical experience. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and support engineering and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet industry standards.
- Manage resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, office operations, and financial performance for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., P.E.) are a plus.
- 5-10+ years of civil engineering experience
- Extensive experience across municipal, institutional, industrial, commercial, residential, and utilities/energy markets.
- Proven experience in managing staff, office operations, and project schedules.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
