We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent IAS Industrial Services Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our industrial services division, managing the delivery of multiple projects and driving business development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and industrial electricity, with a deep understanding of PLC, NEC code, AB PLCs, and AB Drives.
Responsibilities:
The Permanent IAS Industrial Services Manager will be responsible for:
1. Leading and managing the industrial services team, ensuring high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
2. Overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial planning to final completion.
3. Developing and implementing strategic plans for business growth and expansion.
4. Submitting competitive bids and proposals for new projects.
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations, including the NEC code.
6. Managing the use and maintenance of industrial electrical equipment, including AB PLCs and AB Drives.
7. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
8. Providing expert advice and guidance on industrial electricity matters.
9. Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure profitability.
10. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing ongoing training and development for team members.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent IAS Industrial Services Manager role will have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role in the construction industry, with a focus on industrial services.
2. Proven experience in project management and business development.
3. Strong knowledge of industrial electricity, including PLC, NEC code, AB PLCs, and AB Drives.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
5. Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Proven track record of submitting successful bids and proposals.
8. A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or electrical engineering.
9. Professional certifications in project management or industrial electricity would be an advantage.
