· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers across various disciplines, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and company growth.
· Develop and implement engineering strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure the successful execution of projects.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and partners
· Pursue new business while maintaining relationships with customers in USA, Canada and Mexico
· Collaborate with other departments, including product management, sales, and customer support, to align engineering efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
· Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency, product quality, and overall performance.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, to include ATEX, IECEx, UL, and other regulatory bodies.
· Represent the engineering department in executive meetings, providing insights and updates on project statuses, challenges, and opportunities.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. Plus, five to eight years' Engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
This requires a candidate that has demonstrated success in leading and managing an engineering team as well as complex projects. Previous experience as a senior engineer, supervisor or manager is required. Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the internal team and external stakeholders is a key requirement.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills will be important.
Compensation details: 110000-110000 Yearly Salary
