About the Job
Role
As an Engineering Manager (also known as Plant Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager), you'll improve the performance of productive equipment, preserve plant physical assets, and control maintenance labor and material costs. You'll also be responsible for forecasting and controlling plant capital spend, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and developing new processing techniques to improve product quality and production efficiencies.

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant engineering and project management in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, OSHA safety regulations, EPA regulations, and other related codes and regulations.
