Engineering Manager, SEO & MarTech Growth - DoorDash

About the Team DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager with product sense to lead teams within Growth in San Francisco or Seattle. This team is responsible for handling a number of initiatives that will fuel DoorDashs's growth in the coming years and beyond. These teams consist of Engineers from Backend, Frontend, Mobile and ML backgrounds and partner with a number of cross functional orgs throughout DoorDash. The Growth team is responsible for the products that help us acquire millions of new DoorDash customers every quarter and drive millions of incremental orders every month. About the Role We are seeking an Engineering Manager with expertise in both MarTech and SEO to drive our global marketing strategies and scale our organic growth efforts. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Content, Acquisition, Brand, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering-to optimize customer experiences and maximize visibility in organic search. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic roadmaps, both for marketing technologies and organic search initiatives, to attract users, drive top-of-funnel metrics, and enhance marketing efficiency. You will also support the scaling of technology infrastructure and SEO efforts, ensuring seamless integration of tools and strategies to unlock growth channels and improve overall performance. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
