Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage cross functional teams. Execute and deliver on exciting and innovative machine learning programs.
- Provide the required hands-on software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
- Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management/ Engineering Management experience.
- Knowledge of full lifecycle development process including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, testing and maintenance.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of key architecture components of distributed computing systems.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact, influence and communicate at various levels of the organization.
- Experience working with globally dispersed teams.
- Self-starter with an ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Excited about challenging tasks.
