Engineering Sales Project Manager - Quoting - Lantech

Why You Matter:

This position serves as liaison between Lantech, its distributors and its customers regarding the development and recommendation of technical solutions to solve customer application issues. As a Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the machine order built meets the expectations of customer. At Lantech, our Project Managers get to directly interact with engineering, manufacturing, and our customers ensuring the information is communicated, expectations are clear, and targets are met.

Here's a Glimpse at What you'll Do:

As a Sales Project Manager at Lantech, you will:

• Collect application information from on-site visits to customer facilities
• Review customer specifications
• Facilitate meetings with customers and key Lantech individuals to propose and discuss recommended solutions
• Prepare project quotations
• Convert and maintain machine orders
• Facilitate customer machine reviews.

Up to 15% travel is required.

What are We Looking For? (Requirements)

We are look for someone who:

• Has demonstrated ability to effectively manage a multiple project workload in a fast-paced environment
• Possesses effective communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
• Has a result-driven attitude; proven ability to initiate action in response to issues.
• Has proven ability to facilitate effective meetings
• Is willing to gain proficiency in AUTOCAD (attend courses, self-teach, etc.)
• Is legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering)
• 3+ years' experience with direct customer interface

Desired Skills:

• Experience with system integration design, engineering and/or sales knowledge of stretch wrap or conveyance

• Strong technological aptitude pertaining to laptops, mobile devices, tablets, etc.
• Communication Skills
• Multitasking
