Title: Engineering Supervisor (Aftermarket)
Location: Near Madison, WI
$$$: 100k+ (Depending on experience

Overview:
- Measure and manage employee performance.
- Collaborate with customers, Service Centers, and Sales to resolve service issues.
- Develop and maintain procedures for failure analysis and field work (laser alignment, vibration analysis, thermal evaluation).
- Create techniques for technical evaluations, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Anticipate customer needs in documentation and communication, especially in Service Reports.
- Assist the Service Manager in training and supporting Aftermarket capabilities.
- Adhere to global warranty policies.
- Support field service work and determine the best service methods.
- Aid the Quality Manager in addressing quality issues from technical analyses.
- Help with escalation documentation to headquarters.
- Follow all HR, safety, and business procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 5 years in the gearbox and power transmission industry
- Ability to be in a supervisory role
- Experience in a customer facing role
