As an Engineering Support Specialist I at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to our Component Engineering (CE) team, providing technical expertise in CE tools and facilitate the success of our projects and initiatives. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering requirements are met.
You will report directly to one of our Component Engineering Sr Managers and you'll work out of our Moca, PR location
In this role, you will have a significant impact in developing customer data deliverables such as Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Subcontract Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs) for Defense and Space applications. You will collect and process data deliverables from our EEE component suppliers to validate that they meet customer requirements. Interface with design teams to assure reliable application of parts as well as with suppliers to assess part performance. You will coordinate discrete task assignments to the Component Engineering team and track progress through development of actionable metrics.

Key Responsibilities
+ Manage EEE Component Data for Customer Deliverable Reports
+ Processing Engineering Change Orders and Document Releases
+ Perform EEE Component Data Review
+ Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plan
+ Provide technical expertise and guidance in the use of CE tools for the purpose of solving engineering problems
+ Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency
Less than 10% travel is expected.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
+ 2+ years of experience supporting documentation processing and/or configuration management
+ 1+ years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment
+ Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
