We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Engineering Technician at our current Brockton, MA location which is relocating to a new facility in Stoughton the early part of next year.

Summary: Position will be responsible to create prototype cable assemblies, electrical test fixtures and perform qualification testing in the test lab. Essential functions of the position include:

• Obtain prototype components (contacts, molded parts, etc.) needed to build prototype assemblies.
• Assemble prototype interconnects and cable assemblies.
• Soldering of wires, circuit board assembly, connector core assembly, etc.
• Perform other tasks assigned by prototype department manager.

Skills/Qualifications Needed:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Small part assembly skills, soldering skills, good hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to work with suppliers and team members to obtain prototype parts.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office products.

Desired Skills:

• 2-year degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Connector and cable assembly experience.
• Experience in the medical device field.
