Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative

Salary: $20.50 per hour / $41,300 annually

+ Additional 10% bilingual differential for applicable skillsets

+ 10% evening differential for applicable shifts

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• In office position - must live within commuting distance to 21420 Merchants Way, Katy, TX 77449
• Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
