We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Global Head of Accounting Integration to join our Accounting Operations team. This role is located in Wrocław - hybrid. 

Title in the contract: Director, OPS General Management Manager

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Lead the fund accounting conversions of BNY clients from legacy systems to strategic platforms and operating model
• Lead a global team of professionals focused on timely execution of fund accounting conversions
• Drive the development and deployment of strategic tools designed to support client onboarding
• Partner with key technology, product and client facing stakeholders to successfully create an optimum operating environment
• Manage client expectations and influence behavior

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• >10 years Fund accounting operations experience with detailed technical knowledge.
• A proven track record in successfully leading and delivering fund accounting conversions
• In depth knowledge of EMEA jurisdictional requirements for OEICS, UCITS & SICAVs
• Client facing / management and senior stakeholder management experience.
• Project management skills
• Experience building and managing large diverse teams.
• Third level degree
