EHM Senior Solutions is excited to welcome a Half-Time Enrollment Agent/Human Resources Specialist to our Corporate Office! This benefit-eligible role involves conducting fingerprinting services at our IdentoGo location and providing support for HR functions, inlcuding Learning & Development, Benefits, Recruiting, and Payroll. While prior administrative experience is nice, we are willing to train the right candidate for the positon.

What you can expect to do as an Enrollment Agent/HR Specialist at EHM Senior Solutions:

• Conduct fingerprinting services and verify customer identity
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Support HR with tasks such as onboarding, benefits administration, recruiting, and payroll
• Handle administrative tasks during periods of low scheduling volume
• Ensure compliance with secruity protocols and maintain data confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned

• You have a strong, technical aptitude and customer service skills.
• You have a desire to grow within the HR field and develop new HR skills.
• You are comfortable with data entry and management.
• You are at ease with working as part of a team and individual.

Some things you may need to be successful at this position: 

• Customer Service experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Shift Hours:

• Option 1: 9am-1pm OR 8am-Noon, Monday-Friday (Preferred)
• Option 2: 8am-1pm OR 9am-2pm, Monday-Thursday
