POSITION TITLE: SCA ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST

FLSA: NON-EXEMPT

REQUIREDEDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• High School diploma required.
• Business courses or business school preferred.
• Twoyears of experience in customer service and/or office role preferred.
• Extensive working knowledge of computer skills, Windows, and Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel. Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Ability to research and assist in developing program and process enhancements.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple work assignments with deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills are necessary. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with students, faculty, co-workers, and outside agencies.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Coordinate enrollment activities, supporting academic programs to include maintaining files and documents for all academy students as well as recruiting, receiving, and informing potential new students of academy programs and procedures.
• Maintain and coordinate SCA calendar for all meetings and events.
• Identify, update, and develop policies and procedures as needed.
• Create and implement advertising activities to include social media platforms and websites.
• Perform as the liaison between students, faculty, and administration, communicating any logisticalneeds to ensure seamless delivery of
• Perform all logistics in conjunction with the academy survey program.
• Assist in preparing all materials and schedules for site visits and submissions to outside agencies according to guidelines.
• Assist with SCA Board of Director meetings and preparations as required.
• Prepare material, implement results, and create reports for the SCA scholarship program.
