Location: Owings Mills, MD 21117 (The position is 100% remote; however, the candidate must reside in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia) DMV Candidates Only
Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with Federal health care program eligibility.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Meet deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands.
- Provide positive customer service to internal and external customers.
Purpose:
- Enroll members accurately and timely into Company systems as per contract agreements.
- Coordinate with various departments and client contacts for smooth enrollment processes.
**Essential Functions:

75% Enrollment Activities:
- Enroll subscribers and dependents via fax, mail, or email.
- Verify enrollment status, make record changes, resolve discrepancies.
- Process terminations and other enrollment events.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

25% Coordination:
- Collaborate with Account Installation team for member ID card processes.
- Ensure enrollment updates are completed and audited before card release.
- Coordinate with Billing Technician for timely group enrollment processing.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Less than one year experience in enrollment, member services, billing, or claims operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
- Understanding of health insurance enrollment software and client accounts.
- Detail-oriented with data entry proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
