As an Enterprise Account Executive at COMPLY, you will be helping industry-leading compliance teams adopt and use our product to secure their organizations. In this role, you will be actively selling to new accounts - prospecting, pitching, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
You will be the first point of contact for new prospects to learn more about COMPLYs portfolio of products and will be key to driving new revenue opportunities for the business. This is the perfect position for a motivated sales professional with a strong desire to win by selling market-leading software solutions to premier enterprise brands.
The right candidate is a technically savvy problem-solver who can close deals while also building strong relationships with future clients. Success will require a strong knowledge of COMPLYs product portfolio, our existing clients, and the ability to connect our solutions to problems buyers are trying to solve.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage your extensive SaaS sales experience to drive new business opportunities with the world’s largest financial services firms.
- Aggressively prospect and seek out new sales leads and business opportunities by actively networking and utilizing business referrals.
- Manage the full sales cycle with Enterprise prospects using a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and positively influence them as you lead discovery conversations, product demos and solution discussions.
- Present creative solutions through storytelling and consultative conversations so buyers can easily understand the ROI and value of implementing our solutions.
- Achieve the quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the company and manage and document pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
- Constantly look for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide the sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in full cycle SaaS/B2B sales roles, with experience selling software solutions to large enterprise and Fortune 500 companies.
- Track record of long-term success having consistently exceeded six-figure quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers.
- Assertive hunter mentality adept in identifying and winning new business.
- Strong intellectual curiosity to uncover why buyers buy and how to leverage that information.
- Exceptional executive presence, with a high degree of comfort presenting to and challenging C-suite executives.
- Proficient with a standard SaaS sellers tech stack (SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience successfully selling SaaS software into the compliance, regulatory and financial services industry.
- Graduate of formal sales (Challenger, Solution Selling, etc.) training programs.
The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $110,000-$125,000 plus applicable commission/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
