We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our team and drive business in North America.

nPlan are on a mission to change how construction projects are planned, managed and executed, using our proprietary Deep Learning technology and world-leading dataset

With our Google-Ventures backing, we have ambitious growth goals across US and Canada, and to achieve these we need to rapidly increase our presence in the region. 

Your job will be to help nPlan build upon our early success, (with clients such as Exxon, NEOM and Network Rail (the UK's Amtrak), by onboarding new and exciting clients to help us take the business to the next level.

You will report to our Commercial Director (Head of Sales) and will help shape our approach to greatly increasing our presence in the North American market.

You'll be joining a world-class and well-funded team, backed by top investors including GV (formerly known as Google Ventures), that all believe in the future we are creating. We've been on a tremendous growth trajectory for the last five years, and following our latest investment round we've got very ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond.

Enterprise Account Manager - North America

You'll kick off with a visit to our UK offices to meet your colleagues, who, we have little doubt, will dazzle you!  Whilst there, we'll be providing you with training, guidance and help you emerge with enough of an understanding of the industry, its customers and our product to bring them all together.  From there, we'll support you and we will bring you into our tight-knit team regularly on a virtual basis and in-person when time permits.  Nevertheless, you'll be a self-starter that is self-motivated and will be capable of elegantly driving and closing new business.

About you

The successful candidate will have:

• Approx 4+ years of success selling SaaS into large enterprises
• A good understanding of complex sales; you will be able to qualify businesses that we can effectively serve and forecast the outcomes of your work with them
• The capacity to rapidly grasp and communicate new concepts, and a desire to challenge the status quo, as we are selling a new category of service
• Grit, tenacity and resourcefulness, as the journey to success will neither be simple or served on a plate
• An understanding of construction and project management (bonus for if you've sold SaaS to construction projects!) 
• Attention to detail, which you will be able to demonstrate by mentioning the word 'crane' in your application
• An attitude and working style that embodies our values: Aim High Run Fast, Be Radically Truthful, Learn From Everything

We need someone to:

• Embody the Challenger Sale (as a proven technique for selling products that are in a new category)
• Work as part of a team and embrace the start-up mentality. Do what needs to be done to attract and retain customers - regardless of whether it's part of this job description
• Build (or ideally have) an existing network of contacts across the civil engineering and construction sector 
• Be willing to work in a vibrant environment that is still being shaped by incredibly talented individuals
