As an Enterprise Architect, you will deliver data networking solutions and provide strategic oversight of the broadband circuit portfolio, including broadband internet circuits, cloud networking, and wireless mobile services. The role involves lifecycle management of data networking services, from planning through operations and financials, with a strong focus on network monitoring, service management, and vendor relations. You will also guide technology assessments for legacy portfolios and support customer and agency escalations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data networking solutions, focusing on broadband circuits, wireless mobile, and cloud networking services.
- Provide expertise in data and network monitoring technologies, ensuring effective management of the broadband circuit portfolio.
- Oversee the lifecycle of Data Networking services, including strategic planning, operations, and financial oversight.
- Develop and specify business requirements for current and future wireless mobile phone and data networking services.
- Conduct technology and operational assessments to manage tech debt in legacy networks and create roadmap strategies.
- Configure wireless devices using Intune MDM for optimal management and functionality.
- Lead incident management for general technology issues, guiding them to resolution.
- Apply best practices in service management, including contract and vendor management within an outsourcing or shared services model.
- Respond to and resolve escalations from customers and agencies, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
- Deploy and manage broadband circuits and wireless phone solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of cloud networking advancements and integrate solutions as appropriate.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Extensive knowledge of data and network monitoring technologies, standards, and best practices.
- Proven experience in specifying business requirements for network services, including broadband and wireless mobile.
- Proficiency in networking incident management, with a focus on resolving complex issues.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing broadband circuits and wireless services, with experience deploying these solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud networking and its integration with data networking strategies.
- Familiarity with ThousandEyes or similar network monitoring tools.
- Ability to respond effectively to customer escalations and ensure positive resolution outcomes.
- Experience with commercial broadband circuits (e.g., Comcast).
- ITIL Foundations certification and experience working in State government or agency settings are preferred.
