About the Job
The Enterprise Architect is a recognized subject matter expert and thought leader with deep expertise in cloud migration & modernization, data center consolidation and digital transformation. This position will be working with presales, sales, advisory, project management, support and partner teams ensuring customer business needs are technically translated and delivered through professional services engagements. Engagements will be primarily focused on migration, transformation and infrastructure consolidation, but may also include automation, optimization, and lifecycle services. As an experienced technology leader, you will be accountable for delivering business value by scoping, design and delivery.

- Engage with CTO and CIOs in customer organizations and act as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
- Lead delivery for large, complex and multi-workstream customer engagements.
- Align business and technology to drive outcomes for customers in their cloud journey.
- Assess current IT landscape and review existing enterprise standards related to cloud adoption.
- Develop and recommend cloud migration strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop CCOE processes and patterns and advise enterprise customers on governance frameworks and best practices for cloud initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on cloud strategies and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams to augment existing processes and ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Work with Sales, Presales and delivery teams to create new proposals and solutions for customers.
- Drive a culture of reusable assets with delivery teams that can drive superior customer experience & predictable outcomes.
- Use standard processes and tools.
- Collaborates with presales and service line teams to evaluate new initiatives / projects for technical feasibility and reasonableness.
- Coaches and develops team.
- 15+ years of experience in delivering professional services engagements to enterprise customers - Must.
- 10 years + experience in large Consulting and Services organizations ($5B+) - Must.
- 10+ years of experience in solutioning Platform, Infra, App dev, Cloud services - Must.
- 10+ years experience as Solution Architect in top Consulting or Services organization.
- 5+ years of experience as Enterprise architect.
- Strong technical knowledge and processes in both professional services - Must.
- Excellent understanding of Public Cloud services across AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent creative problem-solving abilities, coupled with a desire to take on ownership and accountability.
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
- Excellent time management, decision-making, and organization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer Science; may also have post-graduate education or training.
- AWS, Azure, GCP Certifications.
- Experience working within frameworks such as TOGAF and COBIT.
- In-depth knowledge of major cloud players' frameworks and best practices, such as the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- As required, approx 30%.

The following information is required by pay transparency legislation in the following states: CA, CO, HI, NY, and WA. This information applies only to individuals working in these states.
· The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: $191,900 - $255,900.
· The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $210,000 - $280,000.
· The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City and Washington is: $230,300 - $307,000.
Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
