Position Overview:- Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategies, utilizing the TOGAF framework.
- Hybrid Strategy: Design and implement hybrid solutions that integrate cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. Evaluate and select appropriate services and platforms.
- Generative AI: Lead the integration of generative AI technologies into business processes, including natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI-driven solutions.
- Data Science: Oversee the development and deployment of data science models and algorithms to extract actionable insights from large datasets. Collaborate with data scientists to ensure the effective use of data analytics.
- Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines the adoption of emerging technologies and ensures the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing, on-premise solutions, AI, and data science. Identify opportunities for innovation and drive the adoption of new technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on hybrid environments (cloud and on-premise), AI/ML, and data science.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with on-premise solutions and infrastructure management.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data science methodologies and tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Familiarity with the TOGAF framework and its application in enterprise architecture.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, TOGAF Certified, or similar.
- Industry Experience: Experience in [specific industry, e.g., finance, healthcare, retail] is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
