- Experience in defining & realizing end-to-end Solution Architecture for large & complex systems.
- 15+ years of experience in IT including at least 36 months in Architecture roles.
- Should have the ability to work with customer CTO organizations in developing technology roadmap for the enterprise apps.
- Should be able to propose/develop architecture which is modular, scalable and should have design considerations for integrating addl tech stacks as part of transformation journey
- Experience in Architecture consulting engagements is required.
- Experience with design and implementation on Cloud; preferably MS Azure.
- Experience on products like Microsoft CRM, Dynamics, AX, would be preferable
- Experience working/integrating with ITSM products likes Service Now, JIRA is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in API and Micro Services.
- 3+ years of experience with Integration heterogenous application with 4+ years hands-on experience Java/J2EE.
- Experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) like MuleSoft is preferred.
- Knowledge of building continuous integration and deployment using Jenkins, Maven, JUnit, J Profiler/J Probe.
- Exposure to emerging data technologies such as Hadoop / Data Lake, NoSQL.
- Expertise in creating technical documents like Architecture views, Technology Architecture blueprint and Design specification.
- Follow trends in technology and have a point of view on emerging products/open source tools and technologies

- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly
- Ability to work closely with Sr Leadership team members both internal and customer teams
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Problem solving skills & learning attitude
- Work closely with customer CTO team to develop technology roadmap to meet business goals
- Define and own end-to-end Architecture from definition phase to go-live phase
- Ensure clarity on NFR and address these requirements during Architecture definition phase
- Define Logical, Technical & Physical views of Architecture
- Define reusable components/frameworks, common schemas, standards to be used & tools to be used and help bootstrap the engineering team
- Review design to make sure design is aligned with Architecture
- Lead performance engineering and capacity planning exercises
- Help PM in identifying key technical risks and mitigation plan for the same
- Help PM in effort estimation and planning
- Mentor & guide Tech Leads & Software Engineers
Other Responsibilities
- Handle interviews to attract external talent for the role of Technical Architect / Tech Lead
- Nurture & groom in-house budding Architects
- Build 'Reference Architecture' for selected technical domains
- Involve in pre-sales process and lead creating effective proposals for large, complex systems
- Write 'Point of View' document on emerging technology trends
- Conduct internal sessions on Architecture and Technology related topics
Experience Required
- 15+ years of industry experience.
Education
- Technical degree required; Computer Science degree desired
- Master's Degree is desirable
